THE POWER OF GOD

The Sunday service was another testimony of God’s eternal glory. People from every corner of the earth came and were touched by God’s anointing, as a glorious atmosphere of faith was created by the worship team, who sang and praised the Most High God, who was, who is and who is to come!

Following, one of the evangelists addressed the congregation with an encouraging message entitled “THE POWER OF GOD”. He began by saying that if we do not stand for what we believe in and are ashamed to testify the Word of God to the world, God will not fight for us and will not solve our problems because our stance signifies that we deny God and His power. Reading from Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes.”, the evangelist urged us to follow the example of Apostle Paul and to testify our faith in God if we want to see people being saved, being healed, being delivered and from darkness entering the light.

He then said that knowing God is to know His power; but our spiritual power will be proportional to the relationship we maintain with Jesus Christ. As humans, we have many weaknesses, yet, when we focus on Jesus Christ, God will become the strength in our weakness. Therefore, we must devote quality time to the Lord, studying and meditating the Word of God day and night, while at the same time praying and testifying our faith to people. As an example, the evangelist pointed out that we should avoid turning into a certain group of people who, when receiving a breakthrough in their lives, begin to glorify themselves and do not recognize the power of God in their life, he stressed that: “When you do not appreciate what God did in your life, you reduce the power of God!”. With the intention of encouraging the people of God, the evangelist gave the key to how we can have the power of God in our lives: “When your will is obedient to God’s will, the power of God can work in your heart!”. This means that our primary goal should be to have the Father’s will be done and not our own. Only then we will ask and receive, and the power of God will begin to manifest in our lives!

63-year-old Mr. Ioan Prodan from Romania came to the Synagogue, Church Of All Nations in Thessaloniki, to share with us his wonderful testimony about the complete healing he received.

For over fifteen years he suffered from venous deficiency and deep venous thrombosis in the legs. These problems have led to the post-thrombotic syndrome, which has resulted in symptoms such as swelling, intense pain, hyperpigmentation in the skin, thinning of the skin and ulcers (open wounds) in his lower extremities. All of this adversely affected his quality of life and made it unbearable. Mr. Ioan was unable to fulfill his duties at work, drive his car, or even take care of himself at home. It was even impossible for him to wash or clothe himself because of the pain, and his wife was the one who helped him in everything. In fact, when he walked the pain was so intense that he was forced to use crutches! He felt very frustrated as he had been searching for a solution everywhere in his country for years and spent a lot of money by going to doctors and undergoing various treatments, without any positive results. Instead of these treatments having the desired effect, they caused side effects and even more health issues! As the years passed, his condition worsened instead of getting better and even more open wounds appeared on his legs…

Thus, having no other hope in human solutions, he decided to come to the Synagogue, Church Of All Nations Thessalonica, to join the prayer line with the belief that Jesus Christ can heal him of all his illnesses. When the man of God Harry touched him, Mr. Ioan felt a thunderbolt penetrate him from top to bottom and all over his body, the resurrecting power of Jesus Christ flowing through him, his blood, his bones and on his skin. Immediately he felt the immense peace of God and his pain disappeared! In a moment he stood up and started walking without feeling any pain! One touch of Jesus Christ was enough to do what he had not imagined impossible in past years!

Since then his whole life has changed! He returned home feeling blessed and began to do everything he could not do before. His wife was surprised to see him! Venous thrombosis, post-thrombotic syndrome and all the accompanying symptoms now belong in the past! Now, there is no pain in his body and the ulcers in his legs are healed! Apart from the healing he received, his spiritual life has also rekindled and his relationship with God became stronger! Everything changed when he made the right decision to put his troubles in the hands of God, who has the power to subdue everything to Himself. After all this, Mr. Ioan advised us to turn to God with all our might and to serve Him with all our heart!

There is nothing that Jesus Christ cannot do. It was He who raised Lazarus from the dead! There nothing that God has created that He cannot command! No weapon built against you will prosper if you maintain a good relationship with Him!

The testimony of Mr. Peter Mwangi is proof, once again that God’s power has no limits! 30-year-old Peter from the United Kingdom came to the SCOAN Thessalonica, to confirm the prophetic word he received from the man of God and to acknowledge the catalytic change that this brought to his life.

God’s anointing located him while on the prayer line, when the man of God Harry, led by the Holy Spirit, gave him the following prophecy: “You love Jesus, but lust has made you do many bad things.” Then the man of God prayed for him, and Mr. Peter was delivered in the name of Jesus Christ from the spirit of lust that kept him captive all these years.

Confirming that the prophecy was absolutely true and that lust was his big problem, he said that during the prayer he felt as if someone had pulled a blanket over it, and this problem was exposed by the light of God. He also explained that when he was 5 years old and lived in Kenya, his mother assigned him to the care of a nanny because she had to work. As soon as his mother left for work, the nanny brought her boyfriend to the house and they engaged in sexual acts. This continued for a long time, until he reached the tender age of 7 years old and the nanny forced him to have sex with her, which he considered normal, since it was something he watched happen over the years. Later, at the age of 11, they moved to England, where they had easy access to the internet and soon he became addicted to pornography. As a result, he did not have any interest in school and could not concentrate on his lessons.

So at the age of 16 he chose to stop his studies and find work. He continued exchanging naked photos online and having relationships with various girls. Later, he began to travel to different countries and islands for a single purpose, to have fun with women! He was working just to support this way of life financially and to travel to the most “raging” parts of the world, that were famous for their fun and intense nightlife. Therefore, driven, by the spirit of lust and living a life of sin, he had come to spend about 120,000 euros trying to satisfy his pleasures in various parts of the world!

However, at some point, he realized that this way of life would not lead him anywhere, as he felt more and more unsatisfied. Then God visited his life and he began to hope in Him. He began to pray and seek to be delivered from the spirit of lust. Thus, God led him to watch Emmanuel TV, the television channel of the Synagogue, Church Of All Nations in Lagos, Nigeria. Then he saw that Jesus delivered people from unclean spirits, using His anointed servants, and he decided to visit the Synagogue, Church Of All Nations in Thessaloniki. When the man of God Harry prayed for him, everything changed as he saw the presence of God and His power manifest! After praying for the first time in his life, after 25 whole years, he went for a walk and finally looked at women in a normal manner, without feeling lust for them. Every immoral desire for women, masturbation and pornography disappeared in the name of Jesus Christ! Free and grateful to God and to His anointed servant, he advised all those who face the same problem that he faced, to come to Christ, who is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

As long as you search for someone to blame for your situation, you will never come out of that situation. Freedom is not the right to do what you want, but the privilege to do the right thing!

Mr. Toth Emanuel from Romania came to the Synagogue, Church Of All Nations in Thessaloniki, believing that the Almighty God would resolve the problem he was facing with his family.

When the man of God Harry prayed for him on the prayer line, he gave him the following prophetic message: “You need to settle yourself. You need to make clear what you want to do… There is an issue that you do not know what to do. Clear it up so that this lady will not be disappointed.”. Then the man of God prayed for him, and God revealed the perfect solution for his problem!

Mr. Toth returned to the Synagogue, Church Of All Nations in Thessaloniki, along with his wife, to confirm the prophecy he received from the man of God Harry. He said that he worked many hours every day which resulted him in not spending enough time with his family. He would act independently without giving the necessary attention as a husband or a father. This constantly created fighting among him and his wife, in turn causing them to have a lack in communication. This situation continued for the next two years, as the frustration and loneliness that his wife felt only grew more and more. The thought of divorce began to pass through her thoughts.

When God intervened, the problem they were facing as family changed, everything changed! After the prayer line, Mr. Toth testified that as soon as he realized his wrong doings, he immediately changed jobs, thus, having much more leisure time to spend with his family. Filled with joy, he dedicates times to his family, he no longer works as an independent individual, undermining his wife and children; quite the opposite he includes them in every activity he does! The disagreements and quarreling with his wife are now a thing of the past and they live as a couple in love, happily married! In closing, they advised the congregation to spend more time with their families, to stay united with them in all things and to always have God involved in every situation. This happens by involving our lives with the Word of God. Finally, he promised to do the best he could to make the will of a God come to pass in his life and the life of his family.
