A LIFE OF PRAYER

On Sunday at the Christian Church Of All Nations – Almere, the people gathered in joy and expectation. Faith filled the atmosphere as hands were lifted and voices were raised in worship! The presence of God was tangible throughout the service—drawing hearts, stirring hunger, and uniting the congregation as one family under Heaven.

After a powerful time of praise, the Word of God was brought by the man of God George. The message was titled: “A LIFE OF PRAYER.” He began with a simple but impactful example to show that there is more to life than what we see. Holding up a screen controller, he explained that when you press a button, something happens—even though there’s no visible change. But if you look closely, you’ll notice a light blinking. That light is proof something is happening behind the scenes! He compared this to germs: even though they’re invisible, they’re real. Likewise, for the children of God, prayer is the acknowledgement of a superior realm that governs both the visible and the invisible. There is more in life than meets the eye! Just because our eyes can’t see something doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

To emphasise this, the man of God read from 1 Kings 18:41–45: “And Elijah said to Ahab, ‘Go, eat and drink, for there is the sound of a heavy rain.’ So Ahab went off to eat and drink, but Elijah climbed to the top of Carmel, bent down to the ground and put his face between his knees. ‘Go and look toward the sea,’ he told his servant. And he went up and looked. ‘There is nothing there,’ he said. Seven times Elijah said, ‘Go back.’ The seventh time the servant reported, ‘A cloud as small as a man’s hand is rising from the sea.’ So Elijah said, ‘Go and tell Ahab, “Hitch up your chariot and go down before the rain stops you.”’ Meanwhile, the sky grew black with clouds, the wind rose, a heavy rain started falling and Ahab rode off to Jezreel.”

Elijah didn’t stop. He prayed again and again until the answer came! Today, many believers pray for a week, see no change, and get disappointed. They continue a second week—still nothing—and they give up. But Elijah persisted because his faith wasn’t based on improvement—it was based on conviction. It is never proper to base faith on your improvement after prayer! If Elijah had looked for signs, he would have quit early. But many believers today pray and, when they don’t see results, lose faith. They ask, “Why only me?” as if others have no problems. That’s what happens when faith is based on results instead of on God’s unchanging Word.

The man of God brought up 2 Corinthians 12, where Apostle Paul described a thorn in his flesh—a challenge, a problem, a health issue. Paul didn’t complain. He didn’t say, “Why are You allowing this? I’ve left everything for You.” Instead, he pleaded in prayer—three times, which the man of God explained as parabolic. It could have been 20, 30, or 100 times. Still, Paul never gave God instructions. He simply said, “Let Your will be done.” That’s why, when God answered, “My grace is sufficient for you,” Paul was satisfied. He wasn’t expecting a specific answer—he just wanted to know God’s opinion about his situation. The answer to your prayer whether it is a yes or a no is a miracle by itself and it comes with grace, sufficient for you! When God answers, grace and peace follow. So when you are afflicted with a thorn in your flesh, give yourself to prayer. Paul allowed the problem to draw him closer to God—to become more prayerful. But many today let their trials turn them into complainers.

To illustrate further, the man of God read from Psalm 55:17: “Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress, and he hears my voice.” He highlighted the word distress. David prayed not only because he loved God, but also because of the weight pressing on him. His stress drove him to prayer. The Bible makes us understand that troubles are to teach us to be consistent and persistent in prayer! So what does your stress do? Does it make you pray more—or does it make you reach for shortcuts? Sadly, many of us forget our prayer life during seasons of comfort. That’s what happened to David—when things were calm, he stayed back and saw what he shouldn’t have seen. He did what he shouldn’t have done. It is easy in times of comfort to neglect your prayer life. But through trouble, you learn to pray. Trials train us. They deepen our dependence on God. They develop the strength that builds a life of faith. By now, we are meant to be prayer warriors!

That’s why the man of God urged us to give ourselves to prayer—not to complaints, bitterness, or murmuring! Stay focused in the hard times, but remain vigilant in the good times too. That’s how to keep God’s grace active in your life. Prayer must be followed by trust. The man of God explained that many believers fail to realise this. They pray—but the moment they stop praying, they start panicking. They pray—and then cancel the prayer with their own doubt.

Prayer must be followed by an attitude of absolute trust in God that He is working out the answer. Otherwise, we undo the very thing we asked for. Many of us pray long hours daily, but the Bible says it’s only faith that pleases God. Whatever is not done in faith is sin! What you do after your prayer is more important than the prayer itself. We must trust. And trust is not passive—it takes form. The man of God explained: Trusting God does not consist in prayers alone; there are times to pray in faith and times to act faith. In other words, there are things we must do ourselves and others we must expect of God.

He reminded us that Elijah told the king to prepare for the rain—even before any clouds appeared. That was faith in action. The same applies today: if you’re praying for a job, act in faith. Send your CV—even to the companies that rejected you. Even to the ones who ignored you! You pray in faith, then act in faith. Trusting in God does not consist in prayers alone. There are times to pray in faith but there are also times to act in faith. If you miss the part where you act, and you start to doubt, you cancel your prayer. That’s why so many believers pray for years yet see no result. But if you act faith, your prayer has value. It carries weight. It has substance!

What we need is a life of prayer. From Psalm 5:3, the man of God taught that David would pray—and then wait in expectation. He trusted that God had already begun working. He didn’t go home saying, “We have nothing to eat,” or “I’ll never get a job.” Instead, he trusted that something had already shifted. So examine your prayer life. Be honest: is it consistent? Is it active? Is it alive?

So, you have to work as if everything depends on you and pray as if everything depends on God! That means: do your part. If today you realise that your prayer life has become weak—if there is affliction, uncertainty, or delay—give yourself to prayer. Because prayer is a salve for every sore, a remedy for every malady!

The man of God concluded by reminding us that what we need is an uplifting of prayer. If your prayer life is strong, you will be strong! No matter what’s happening around you, hold onto your prayer life. Because a break in prayer is a break in faith, and a break in faith is a break from Jesus. So give yourself to prayer—because when you do, you will see your life changing!

JESUS CHRIST MADE HIM A CHAMPION!

From a young age, Mr. Mason from the Netherlands became a target of the enemy—proof that the devil doesn’t wait until adulthood to attack. What seemed like innocent experiences soon opened doors to deeper struggles: troubling dreams, harmful influences, and overwhelming urges. Even as a child, his mind and heart were under siege, revealing how easily darkness can creep in through the unnoticed and seemingly harmless moments of life. This testimony offers us a valuable lesson: that Christian parents must show their children the ways of the Lord!

Everything started for Mr. Mason on one specific day, when he was only 12 years old. He and his friends were in the playground, when some of them were watching some pornographic videos. They convinced him to watch too. When he went home and lay in his bed to sleep, he saw in a dream a woman who was making love with him. When he woke up, Mr. Mason realised that he was wet. After informing his friends about that, they laughed and said that it was something normal.

But it was not… After that dream, Mr. Mason started having lustful thoughts about women; he couldn’t see women normally. These thoughts led him to masturbation. And not only that, since that dream, he wasn’t able to focus on his studies in school or on his training in football. Regarding the last one, he was suffering frequent injuries that would not allow him to play football for many weeks.

Before exams or important football matches, Mr. Mason was seeing in his dreams that he was making love with women or other people were having sex between them. This drained his energy, his motivation from him, he didn’t have the desire anymore to study or to go for training. Generally, his confidence was very low. As was normal, he was very disappointed.

His father, Mr. Junior, gave a different perspective. He emphasized the fact that his son was influenced by his friends and this changed his son’s heart and life. However, his son was the one who learned first that CCOAN – Almere was about to open and he wanted to come and receive prayer! After watching some of the ministry’s Youtube videos when other people were receiving their freedom, Mr. Mason wanted to visit the church! Before they came for the first time, Mr. Junior saw in a dream Prophet T.B. Joshua telling him that God was about to deliver the whole family!

Therefore, one Sunday Mr. Mason received prayer from Prophet Harry. During the prayer he felt amazing and regained his confidence! He realised that God has a great plan for his life!

After the prayer, Mr. Mason has no lust, no urge for masturbation and he stays away from bad influences! He is motivated to succeed in his studies and in his football career. He suffers no injuries anymore and, in fact, his team won the championship for the first time after 47 years!

In the end, his father advised the parents to bring their children to a living church. Mr. Mason promised to Jesus to glorify Him through his life, whereas his advice was a reminder that we are living in this world but we are not part of it, we belong to God!

When God is supporting your position, you have the authority to say “No” to sin and Ύes” to righteousness! When God stands with you, His strength gives you the authority to reject sin and boldly choose righteousness.

THE BLUEPRINT WAS GIVEN — WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH IT?

Many people pray for a breakthrough without realising that God often answers through ideas, not immediate results. Such was the case for Mr. Emanuel, who came to the Christian Church Of All Nations – Almere with a desire to see change in his life. During the Sunday service, God revealed through Prophet George a truth Mr. Emanuel had carried silently — God had already given him ideas for business that he had not yet acted upon or developed.

This prophetic word was not only a revelation but also a reminder of partnership with God in fulfilling purpose. It stirred a new determination in Mr. Emanuel to rise and act. These were the words of prophecy spoken by Prophet George, “God gives you brilliant ideas that you have not materialised. God gives you those ideas so that you can make them happen and make them profitable. Business ideas… And from that income, you will be able to help people. You will be able to help your family, of course, and the people around you. Those ideas are the way God is playing His role. He gave you ideas. Your role is to make a plan for those ideas. How? For example, I have an idea that I want to do business and create a marketing company, to sell a product. Your part is to research very well, to make your business plan, to pray, and God is with you! If you don’t play your part, it will not come to life. And then you will wonder at the end, “Why did what I saw and was revealed to me never happen?”. You have to play your role.”

After the church service, Mr. Emanuel stood with deep emotion and confirmed that the prophecy was 100% accurate. He shared that business ideas had been coming to him since he was just 16 or 17 years old. During the early days of mobile phones with buttons and infrared file transfer, he had already imagined creating wireless charging—an idea that became reality years later, but not through him.

He confessed that, sadly, he never acted on the ideas that came to him over the years. Whenever he tried to share them with family or friends, he was often met with disinterest or a lack of support. That constant rejection discouraged him from pursuing what he felt in his heart.

However, after hearing the prophecy, something changed inside him. He now believes that wonders will happen because the words spoken over his life carried divine anointing. For the first time in a long while, he feels empowered to take action on what God has placed within him.

Joy filled his heart as he spoke about the future. He no longer saw his ideas as forgotten opportunities but as seeds waiting to be nurtured. The prophecy revived not only his faith, but also his purpose.

No matter your past, life does not completely close the door to opportunity. With God, every new day carries the grace to begin again and step into the purpose He designed for you.

Below you can see what is taking place when you’re in the presence of God: prophetic words, healing, and powerful deliverance as the Holy Ghost moved through the congregation—transforming hearts and breaking chains!
