The Sunday Service of 4-11-2018, began with hymns of praise as the choir prepared the hearts of the believers to receive a divine touch from God.

Following, evangelist Stavros Michailidis through his message, “FORGIVEN OR SELF-JUSTIFIED?”, encouraged the people of God to not only take care of the branches of a problem which would bring a temporary solution to their problems, but to find the root of the problem which is sin and to cut it out for a permanent solution. One of the things that gives satan authority, legal right over a person is sin. When that sin grows it becomes a mountain between us and God.

The proof text was taken from Luke 18:10-14, where we see the parable of the Pharisee and the tax collector. The tax collector came before God knowing his position and received forgiveness from God. The evangelist explained that there are two kinds of righteousness. The first kind is the righteousness of God, which boast in the finished work of Jesus on the cross of Calvary. Those that belong in this type are the ones who have rendered themselves unworthy of God’s grace and come to Him in humility and honesty, just like the example of the tax collector. The second kind is the righteousness of man. In this category belong the ones who boast in themselves and justify themselves in front of God, just like the Pharisee. The evangelist mentioned that many Christians today have the second type of righteousness, because they come before God with a justified stance, portraying themselves in a way to show how good and holy they are, bringing forth their good works. But as children of God we know that the grace of God and justifying ourselves do not go hand in hand! In conclusion, he pointed out that the more we excuse ourselves before God, we remain dirty, unjust and sinners! This is why we should not only feel bad for our sin but go far away from it. God does not want our sacrifice in order to remove our sin! All He wants is our repentance!

On 4-11-2018, Mrs. Grace and her son Mr. Nicholas from the United States of America came to the Synagogue, Church Of All Nations Thessalonica, to thank God for His amazing intervention Mr. Nicholas and their whole family experienced after the prophetic word they received along with prayer from the man of God Harry.

Mr. Nicholas took part on the prayer line, believing that the Almighty God would resolve the chronic problem of headaches that had plagued him since he attended high school. As the man of God prayed for Mr. Nicholas, he was given the following prophetic word: “They want to drive you crazy, they want to cause you mental disorder … It began with the headache you mentioned. You also have insomnia. At night, when you want to sleep, it takes hours for you to fall asleep … If this demonic influence continues, you will go mad and start running naked on the streets. This is the plan of the enemy, but Jesus Christ wants to get involved in your situation and disconnect you from this demonic influence”. The man of God then prophesied that sometimes Mr. Nicholas behaved strangely and that Jesus Christ wants to deliver the whole family. 

Then, his mother, broke-out in tears of joy and confirmed the prophecy, saying that her son had indeed odd behavior and would annoy those who were around him. He said his headaches began twenty years ago and he already underwent two surgeries on his head without any effect. All these years, he visited a number of doctors and received various medications, but no change. In addition to headaches, insomnia was something that tortured him every day and made his condition even worse. While his problem continued, the relationships among his family were negatively affected, because instead of spending time with each other they spent the majority of the day taking Mr. Nicholas to hospitals and doctors appointments.

Believing that the problems were of a spiritual nature and that only God could solve them they decided to travel from America to Greece so they can come to the Synagogue, Church Of All Nations Thessalonica, and receive prayer from the man of God Harry. As Mrs. Grace stood on the prayer line her prayer was for God to reveal the root of the problem to the man of God. As the prayer continued Mr. Nicholas was delivered from the influence of this demonic spirit.

After receiving prayer Mr. Nicholas finally slept like a baby after twenty years of torment! Mrs. Grace and her son are truly very happy because they found the solution to their never ending problem! They traveled so far and the result was that their huge trip was not in vain, because the Lord reward their patience and their faith. Mr. Nicholas has very high expectations because he believes that God is going to do even more in his life. He advised us to trust in God no matter the situation we face. When we realize that the problem does not stem from a natural cause we must run towards God because the source is of demonic influence and only God can bring deliverance.

That which could not be done by doctors, medication, and surgery, was done by Jesus Christ in a moments time! Jesus Christ is above any situation you may be going through! He has the power to heal, to deliver and to bless! “Therefore, if the Son sets you free, you shall be free indeed” (John 8:36)

In the following photographs, people participated on the prayer line, and witnessed Jesus Christ’s living power. The works of satan were destroyed and through faith they received what they were seeking!
