WHO IS THE TREASURE OF YOUR HEART?

A blessed worship time of divine encounter where hearts where touched by the presence of God and lives were changed. It was not just another Sunday service; it was a moment of grace, divine appointment and an experience that stays with everyone long after the music fades.

The man of God Kastriot shared a message titled “WHO IS THE TREASURE OF YOUR HEART?” That was a powerful reminder that true prosperity is not found in material wealth or the fleeting desires of this world, but in a life devoted to God. As Matthew 6:19-21 says, “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” These verses remind us that earthly treasures are temporary, but the treasures of God’s kingdom are eternal. Profet Kastriot emphasized that:”If you don’t prosper in your spiritual life and you seem to prosper in some other areas it is dangerous; satan will enslave you.“

The story of the rich young man in Matthew 19:16-22 further underscores this truth. The young man sought eternal life but was unwilling to part with his worldly possessions. Jesus responded, “If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.“ Unfortunately, the young man couldn’t make that sacrifice, revealing that his heart was tied to the treasures of this world rather than to God.

Furthermore profet Kastriot encouraged the congregation by saying: “Make the most of life because life is too short to waste time on things that have no everlasting value” . To truly follow Christ is to put God’s will above all else, trusting that He will provide for our needs.

As we strive to finish the race, let us remember that the winner is not the one who starts the race, but the one who finishes it—faithfully serving God and seeking His kingdom.

As we do so, we invest in what will never fade: a relationship with God and the treasures of eternal life.
