THE PURPOSE OF GOD FOR YOUR LIFE

On the Sunday of 16-9-2018, the atmosphere was electrified by the presence of God, through the wonderful sounds from the choir, of the Synagogue, Church Of All Nations in Thessaloniki. The hearts of those who were present, were filled with the Word of God and were readied to meet what they had been searching for; a single touch from Jesus Christ!

Following, one of the evangelists reminded the congregation that everything is possible to those who believe, with the inspiring message “THE PURPOSE OF GOD FOR YOUR LIFE”. He indicated the fact that we all have some sort of situation we have to deal with, many times thinking that our situation is the most important one of all. Subsequently this mindset keeps our situation on our mind constantly, all day and all night. Yet, there is something far more important than our situation; beyond our situation lies God’s purpose for our life.

The evangelist elaborated by pointing out that God has a purpose for us all and it is in our hands to walk in accordance to that purpose. Many today are still in search of this purpose. The reading was taken from 1 Corinthians 9:26-27, he spoke of Apostle Paul, suggesting that we too run as people with a destination and purpose. God wants us to run, but to run with a purpose. If that purpose is in accordance to the purpose of God in our life, we are ensured to be successful! On the other hand, he mentioned that many of us today have denied the purpose of God in our lives and we walk on our own path. He made clear that we might have a purpose in our life but if that purpose does not coincide with God’s, it is as if we have no purpose at all. In closing, he read from Philippians 3:14, and emphasized that a man of vision does not see where he comes from; yet he only sees where he is going, he presses toward the goal for the reward of the upward calling of God in Christ Jesus!

You have been given good destiny but destiny can be changed when you do not know where you are destined to be. 

Ms. Marie-Claire, an IT student from Scotland, faced unexplainable and continuous failure in her academic life. Even though she was trying very hard to meet her study requirements, often remaining awake in the night to study, she continued to have failures in this area of ​​her life. Before each examination period, she always saw a particular dream. She saw that she failed the exam, which later was the case in reality! This failure characterized her, made her feel ashamed and created fear in her, she ended her studies during the third year as she ceased to believe in, what she could accomplish. During the same period of time she saw a man sleeping with her, in her dreams. The result of these dreams was for her to be tortured on a daily bases from lust and anger. The spirt of lust filled her head with inappropriate thoughts and feelings towards the opposite sex, while the spirt of anger slowly drew her away from people around her.

The blessed moment came where Ms. Marie-Claire stood on the prayer line! Even before the man of God Harry neared her, she felt fear inside and that something would depart from her body. As the hand from the man of God touched her, she felt an unexplainable weight pressuring down on her stomach and she fainted. When prophet Harry commanded the unclean spirit to leave her, it abandoned her body immediately and Ms. Marie-Claire felt a freedom that only Jesus Christ was able to provide her.

The results from the prayer were immediately evident! Overwhelmed with joy and thanksgiving towards the Almighty God, Ms. Mary Claire testified on 16-9-2018 to the changes she now saw in her life. After the prayer she received, the peace of God over took her heart and the spiritual husband left indefinitely from her dreams and every nightmare transformed to a dream of hope and success for her future. Her academic career is now at an incline, as she successfully completed her university studies, earned her diploma and is a step away from her master degree. With failure being a thing of the past she advised us to run towards God no matter the situation we are facing. Her promise to the Provider of her blessings was to follow Him always in her life!

Regardless of the situation you are going through, do not give up! God is Able to make a way where there is no way!
