TIME FOR SPIRITUAL ADULTHOOD!

A wonderful Sunday service took place once again! With songs of worship and praise, people from all nations showed their gratitude for all that God Almighty has done and is going to do in their lives!

Later, the revealing message of Prophet Stavros brought to the light 2 categories of Christians today and it was entitled “TIME FOR SPIRITUAL ADULTHOOD!”. He began by explaining the difference between a child Christian and an adult Christian. The child Christian is always focused on his situation, on how he feels and how those around him treat him, while the adult Christian understands that it is all about Jesus Christ and not about him.

An illustrative example of such Christians is found in Matthew 16:21-23: “From that time on, Jesus began to explain to his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things at the hands of the elders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, and that he must be killed and on the third day be raised to life. Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. ‘Never, Lord!’ he said. ‘This shall never happen to you!’ Jesus turned and said to Peter, ‘Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns’”. So, as Peter, with the rest of the disciples, listened carefully to the Master’s words, he was taken by surprise when He revealed to them God’s will for His life, and he acted out of character. He lost control to the extent that the Lord rebuked him severely. For this correction that Peter gave to Jesus was not in accordance with God’s Word, but was in accordance with his own personal concerns. He was a believer based on his feelings; he had not attained the maturity of faith. Through this example, “we realise that those who are emotionally controlled lack the sense of objectivity”, the man of God concluded.

Then the Prophet went on to say that people who walk in the physical are a hindrance to men and women of God, because those who walk according to their feelings cannot follow God. According to God’s Word, it takes a man of faith to be able to follow a man of faith. He emphasised the fact that we cannot understand those who live on a spiritual level based on human emotions.

When we allow what we see to influence our emotions and our emotions to influence our faith, we are under the control of satanic mechanisms. In the biblical passage above, Peter is a representative example of those believers who are still spiritual minors and have not yet realised the truth contained in God’s Word. Jesus Christ, throughout His journey on earth, regardless of the surrounding events, based His faith on the Word of God. He understood that everything depended on the will of God and not on His own will.

The man of God also explained that God’s will is to stop trying to understand Him with our feelings, as God is spirit and He dwells in His Word. Finally, he advised the congregation to bring their concerns and desires before the throne of God. That is when we will understand that it is not all about us exclusively, but it is all about Jesus Christ! The result of this will be the control of our emotions, as God’s Word has the ability to quicken us spiritually and helps our spirit govern our senses.

INCREDIBLE TRANSFORMATION: FROM UNBELIEVER TO BELIEVER!

Ms. Snezana, a resident of Austria, having several doubts and curiosity about whether God is alive, decided to visit the Synagogue, Church Of All Nations Thessalonica!

Despite her doubts, during the prayer line, the Holy Spirit located her and gave her the following prophetic word through Prophet Stavros: “They have put a spell on your family and nothing is going well with it. You cannot communicate with each other, everyone wants their own thing. Quarrelling, problems, evil! From now on, Jesus Christ will deliver you and your family, and watch your friends. You have friends who are into things you don’t know about, things from the other kingdom and they’re affecting you. They’re doing something with coffee cup reading, tarot cards, strange thing like such, and they’ve ruined your whole family that way! Today, we pray for you and for every chain that the devil has used to connect himself to this family to be broken, in the name of Jesus Christ!”.

Ms. Snezana pointed out that she did not know that she was under a spell, however she noticed that her children had nightmares and they could not sleep well. Regarding her work, she said that she had several issues, as she was often fired, and she had to change jobs. Also, there were problems in her family as they fought with each other daily. Regarding her health, she mentioned that she was not well because two months ago, she had an operation to remove a tumour from her breast.

Now, as she is full of joy, she believes in God and she looks forward to seeing all that He is going to do in her life! Her promise to the Creator is to come back and testify for His works in her life!

When you realise that Jesus Christ is reliable, your faith will simultaneously grow!

MEDICINE DOES NOT GUARANTEE A CURE BUT JESUS CHRIST DOES!

Ms. Jennifer from Italy took part in the prayer line of the SCOAN Thessalonica, and she was surprised to see that the physical pain she felt was of spiritual and not physical cause!

The words spoken to her by Prophetess Evgenia were as follows: “Sometimes you feel something moving in your body and your stomach hurts. Your body hurts in general and you get tired very easily. This is a demonic attack so that you will become unable to do anything, but as you came here in faith, God has removed this problem along with the mental problems it caused – the sadness, depression, and everything else!”.

At the end of the service, Ms. Jennifer confirmed that what the woman of God said was true. Pleasantly surprised that her problem was exposed without her telling anyone, she said: “I thought the pain was normal, but what the Prophetess said is true!”. She confessed that for the past 5 months, she had been experiencing pain in various parts of her body, which led her to seek a medical solution. Without having discovered the cause of the pain, the doctors gave her some pills to temporarily relieve it. However, her lower limbs hurt so much, to the point of asking for help from her daughter to massage her, so that she would not be in pain.

With a completely different attitude now, Ms. Jennifer believes that where science failed to provide the solution, Jesus Christ provided the cure! The promise she made to God is to serve Him from now on!

Challenges are for our spiritual progress so that we learn to pray more. Indeed, God can use any situation to bring us closer to Him!

SHE COULDN’T EXPLAIN HER ANGER OUTBURSTS!

Ms. Margaret from the Netherlands, while participating in the prayer line of the SCOAN Thessalonica, received the following prophecy from the woman of God Evgenia: “I see idols in your family. Many people in your family see dead people in their dreams. So sometimes they come to you too. That is why you have the spirit of anger; the root cause of the problem comes from there. Sometimes we don’t know what the root is, sometimes it is an element of our character, but sometimes it is from some demonic attacks and idols. You will find that as you will be delivered today, many breakthroughs will come in your life, such as success in your finances and your personal life! You will see that you will come back to give your testimony, I am telling you this now!”.

Indeed, as Ms. Margaret confessed, her ancestors used to worship certain idols. This resulted in dead people visiting her in dreams, such as her mother and one of her aunts.

The appearance of dead people gave her anger issues; she would get angry with the people around her without a reason. Feeling confused about the cause of this behaviour, she preferred to isolate herself, rather than be in the presence of other people.

These idols also struck Ms. Margaret’s finances. Because of the lack of money, many times her family had no food to eat! She even had to give up her law studies.

The books she read and the seminars she attended on self-improvement did not help at all, since the root cause of her problems was of spiritual origin.

Even so, the past is gone and everything is new for Ms. Margaret! Joyfully, she promised God that she would dedicate her life to Him!

Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” God can turn any situation around for you, cry out to Him in faith and He will hear you!

Below we see the Spirit of God healing, delivering, and blessing believers through His servants, and even generously giving the genuine joy that only the Living God can provide!
